When customers sign up for Amazon Prime, they'll enjoy many benefits that go beyond shopping on Amazon. Prime members get free shipping on orders fulfilled by Amazon, including same-day or 1-day delivery in select areas. When you log in to your account, look for the Prime logo and check the box for eligible items. Prime members can also shop during Amazon's members-only sales events, such as Prime Day and Big Deals Day, and receive members-only discounts and offers on select products throughout the year.

AMAZON BUY NOW, PAY LATER
Amazon Monthly Payments is a payment option available on select products. While shopping, you will find it in the Payment Options section of the product page. This option allows you to receive the item immediately (with an initial payment) and then pay a set amount every 30 days until the item is paid off. In addition to Amazon's Monthly Payments program (see above), you can use Affirm and Klarna to pay overtime -- you just need to shop on Amazon through these apps and use them as your payment method.

Amazon consistently hosts massive sales during its Prime Day event and Black Friday. It also offers regular Amazon coupons and discounts throughout the year. Many products on Amazon are sold through third-party sellers. These companies set the prices for their items. In some cases, sellers offer discounts on selected items. Amazon offers trial memberships to Amazon Prime, Audible.com, and Kindle Unlimited. Each year on Amazon Prime Day, the company offers special discounts that allow you to try some of these membership services at a much lower cost.
AMAZON PRIME DAY
Amazon Prime Day happens every year, usually in mid-July, and features 48 hours of special deals. Amazon has been known to offer some deals earlier in the year, so be sure to check ahead of time. Some of the best deals from past Prime Days have been on Amazon's own products, such as Echo and Echo Dot speakers, Amazon Fire tablets, and Amazon clothing. It's often an opportunity to buy these items at their lowest prices of the year, typically with discounts of up to 50% off or more. Shoppers can also expect to find plenty of Amazon Prime Day deals on the latest technology, such as Apple products, Roomba vacuums, and smart home electronics. One of our favorite Amazon Prime Day deals is discounted gift cards, which we've seen as much as 25% off in the past. Another great Prime Day purchase? Subscriptions. For example, you can often try services like Amazon Music Unlimited for free or get a big discount.
PRIME BIG DEAL DAYS
Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale takes place in October, but don't be surprised if you see some early discounts in the weeks leading up to it to get your extra-early holiday shopping started. Similar to Amazon's famous Prime Day sale, this event will feature 48 hours of deals on Amazon devices, as well as electronics, home goods, and more from popular brands like Dyson, Shark, Ninja, Barbie, LG, and Sony. Like Prime Day and similar big Amazon sales in the past, the event is exclusive to Prime members, but new customers can try Prime for free for 30 days.
AMAZON BLACK FRIDAY DEALS
Amazon's Black Friday sale typically runs the entire week of Thanksgiving. Expect some of the best prices of the year on Amazon's smart home devices, tablets, Apple products, fashion and more. Amazon is also offering discounts on its own services, such as Audible and Amazon Music Unlimited. And don't forget to check out Amazon's Black Friday gift card deals, as you can sometimes save off the face value of gift cards from major merchants.

Amazon coupon offers are also sprinkled throughout the Black Friday sale. You'll sometimes see these extra offers for additional discounts or freebies/bundled items as you shop.
