IPSY CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your IPSY membership, log in to your account, find the subscription you'd like to cancel, then click on "view membership". When you click "Cancel Membership," you'll be prompted to verify your account information by logging in again before you can cancel. Memberships must be canceled by noon PT on the last day of the month or they will not carry over to the next month. Each active subscription must be cancelled individually. Once an order has been placed with IPSY, no cancellations or changes can be made, regardless of whether the item has been processed and/or shipped. IPSY does not accept returns or exchanges.

Join IPSY's free loyalty program, Points, to earn points on your purchases that can be redeemed for free products. Receive 600 points for each referral you make, 15 points for each product review and 10 points for each full subscription review.
