LULUS CANCELLATION POLICY

Lulus allows customers to cancel orders while they are pending. To check eligibility and cancel an order, customers can access their order details on the website and select "Cancel Order". Once an order begins processing, it cannot be canceled or adjusted. If changes are needed, such as size adjustments or shipping address changes, customers are encouraged to cancel the order and place a new one if it's still eligible. Pending charges are typically reversed within 48 hours, as payment is not collected until the order ships.

For qualified customers, these buy now, pay later options divide the purchase total into four equal payments with no interest charges. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and the remaining three payments are due every two weeks.
